This introductory Avalanche Skill Training Level 1 will take place in Vernon, B.C. on Day 1 and Hunters Range on Day 2.

This is a great way for those interested in learning more about backcountry safety, sledding in avalanche terrain techniques, terrain assessment and snowpack evaluation will benefit from this 2 day course. The Gear required for this course will include a mountain sled and a Digital 3 antenna Transceiver, Shovel and Probe. Limited rentals available.
